Current Covid Restrictions for QLD Real Estate

Masks must still be worn in all public indoor settings for the next two weeks and we ask that if you attend an inspection of one of our properties, or visit our office - please do the right thing and wear a mask, keep your distance, and check in when prompted. 

Disposable masks and sanitizer are available within our office shall you require.

Home inspections and live auctions are currently allowed to take place under the following provisions outlined below.

Inspections:

In City of Brisbane and Moreton Bay region LGAs:

Private viewings by appointment -  as only two people enter the property at one time and contact information is collected.

In City of Gold Coast, City of Ipswich, Lockyer Valley Regional Council, Logan City, Noosa Shire Council, Redland City, Scenic Rim Regional Council, Somerset Regional Council, Sunshine Coast Regional Council, Townsville City Council and Palm Island Aboriginal Shire:

Open inspections are permitted with a density quotient of one person per two square metres.

For the rest of Queensland: open house inspections are permitted with a density quotient of one person per two square metres.

Masks are not mandatory but encouraged.

Agents are required to collect and keep contact information about all guests, patrons and staff at the time they enter the premises.

Hygiene standards (social distancing, hand sanitizer etc.) should be maintained during inspections.

Auctions:


In City of Brisbane and Moreton Bay region LGAs: private viewings by appointment can occur at a property as long as only two people enter the property at one time and contact information is collected.
